Haven't hung this yet but plugged it in and it's very pretty lit up. The cord was surprisingly heavy duty. Still looking for the perfect place to hang it.

Rewritten content: Bought this for a dark corner of my kitchen, since I don’t have any light switches. I attached it to the ceiling with the provided hook. Dimmer switch is awesome, cord is very long. I was afraid it would look cheap but I think it looks pretty good. I hid the extra cord length
